When you create an account, we collect your email address and a password (stored securely as a hashed credential). If you sign in with Google, we receive the email address associated with your Google account. We do not collect your name, address, phone number, or payment information.

We may collect anonymous usage data (page views, audiobook plays) to improve the service. This data cannot be traced back to you personally.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your email and account information solely to:

• Authenticate you when you sign in
• Determine your role (admin or listener)
• Send essential service-related emails (e.g. email confirmation)
• Respond to support requests

We never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely in a Supabase PostgreSQL database hosted on cloud infrastructure. Passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms. We use HTTPS encryption for all data transmitted between your browser and our servers.

4. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. You may also delete your own account through the admin panel. We retain your data only as long as necessary to provide the service.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies to maintain your session (authentication token). No tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies are used.

6. Third-Party Services

We use Supabase for authentication, database, and file storage. Google OAuth is used as an optional sign-in method. Each service processes data in accordance with its own privacy policy.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
